Autumn Concert 2025 - Thank you!

We held our Autumn Concert on Wednesday 1st October 2025.

We sang the much-loved Faure Requiem. We also performed Kodaly Evening Song, Rachmaninov Bogoroditse Dyevo and Arvo Pärt Bogoróditse Djévo, and this was another opportunity to hear these works, most recently performed in our Summer 2025 concert.

We were excited to give the first performance of a new work by Ian Brentnall, Shall It Be So Again? This piece will next be performed at the Remembrance Event in Lloyds on 7 November 2025.

It was a perfect way to spend a lunchtime in the City of London. We are grateful to everyone for sharing information about the concert so that we could perform to such a large and appreciative audience.

Huge thanks also to Colin Spinks for accompanying us on the Organ and, as always, to our music director Jacques Cohen for bringing the best out of us.

There was a retiring collection for St Katharine Cree, and we were proud to help support this unique church, which so generously allows us to rehearse and perform there.
