Spring Concert 2026 Thank you!

Thank you to everyone who came to hear us perform Haydn's magnificent "The Creation" at our concert on 26 March 2026. Congratulations to the soloists, the Cohen Ensemble, and Jacques Cohen - it was a pleasure to perform with you.

LLOYD'S CHOIR WELCOMES YOU

Lloyd's Choir is a vibrant group of around 75 mixed voices. Founded in 1922, the choir's roots are in Lloyd's of London and the insurance market where many of the members work, and it now draws singers from across the City's financial community and beyond.

Under Jacques Cohen's direction since 1995, the choir has grown in stature and accomplishment. Its repertoire is wide ranging, from early polyphony to contemporary music commissioned for the choir.

Our Spring Concert 2026 was at St Katharine Cree on Thursday 26th March, and it was a truly wonderful event! It was a pleasure and privilege to perform The Creation by Haydn, conducted by Jacques Cohen ( https://jacquescohen.co.uk ), accompanied by the tremendous Cohen Ensemble ( https://cohenensemble.com/ ). The gorgeous solo parts of Gabriel (soprano), Uriel (tenor), Raphael (bass), Adam and Eve were performed by soloists from the Royal College of Music, Charlotte Kennedy

Christmas Carol Concert 2025 - Thank you!

Thank you to everyone who came to our Christmas Carol Concert, and to everyone who helped to make it such an enjoyable success. Particular thanks to Zoë Martlew ( https://zoemartlew.com/ ), for writing our concert finale "Sleigh Ride", which was bursting with good cheer, and such fun to perform! Remembrance 2025

On Friday 7th November 2025 we once again had the great honour and privilege of singing at the always poignant Lloyd's of London Remembrance ceremony, at 11am.
